exercises. Focus is on the development of the stabilizing core muscles while

ZUMBA/ ZUMBA TONING |
An aerobic dance
class set to Latin & other international music The Zumba toning
infuses targeted body sculpting exercises to create a calorie burning,
strength training combo. |

H.I.T KICK MEETS
H.I.T |
High Intensity Interval
Training-3min. interval, followed by recovery. Intervals of
cardio kickboxing and high intensity training. |

30/30 |
30 minutes of
low impact aerobics and 30 minutes of step. |

20/20/20 |
20 minutes of
cardio, 20 minutes physioball, and 20 minutes of pilates. |

M.I.T |
Mixed Interval
Training is held in the group exercise room. The class consists of fairly intense cardio work, with quick
moving weight work. |

Moderate to high intensity workout designed
to improve body composition, strength, endurance and flexibility. |

YOGA |
Hatha yoga. Class length varies. Check the schedule for time. |

STEP/WEIGHTS |
Step alternating
